Download and Install from App Store

Follow the video to install ARMS F&B in your iPad.
Upon first launch, you will be prompted to setup a user. This is a crucial step for protecting your data privacy.
Follow the Setup Wizard and fill in your email, login username and password, and the secret questions that will help you retrieve your password in the future if you happen to forget them.
Make sure you fill in your primary email address and provide the answers you can easily remember.

Setting up your Hardware

Before you start, please make sure you have the following hardware ready:

iPad (any model) with IOS 5.0 and above
Wifi Router with LAN port
Network switch (optional). If you need more LAN port, connect a network switch to your router, and connect your printers to the network switch
Network enabled thermal receipt printers
Note: printer's need to be configured to fixed-IP, please refer to your printer's user manual
Cash Drawer

Connecting the hardware are very simple and easy. Follow the step below:

Connect your iPad to your Wifi router using wireless connection
Connect your printer or printers to the network ports of your router or switch, using RJ45 LAN cables
Connect your cash drawer to your receipt printer via the RJ11 cable (similar to telephone jack)

Connect and Test Printer

You are now ready to setup and test your printer. Do make sure everything is switched ON when you are testing the hardware! Watch the following video on how to connect and test your printer.
